Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds or credit will be given to customers canceling 7 or more days before the departure date of their charter.
• No refunds will be given to customers canceling less than 7 days before the departure date of their charter.
• Full refunds or credit will be given if Double Action Dive Charters cancels the charter for any reason. Please remember:

Late arrivals or forgotten equipment are not grounds for a refund. Rain alone will not cancel a charter. The Captain has the final say on canceling the charter due to inclement weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Charters generally require a minimum of four paying customers to depart. If your charter does not reach four people within several days of the date of departure, you may be given the option to change to another charter scheduled for that date.
